 | | | SLOMRA members are actively engaged in multiple modeling scales, including HO, N, O, On30, and G. Members working in other scales are also represented, and almost every scale may be found at our events & runs.
| | | Our members have collaborated to build a gorgeous modular layout in N scale, and we now have an operational HO modular layout as well. We set up and operate these railroads for a full weekend once per quarter.
The SLOMRA holds a social meeting on the third Monday of every month; 7pm at the Oceano Railroad Depot and Museum at 1650 Front St. (on Hwy 1), in Oceano. Visitors are welcome! | | |
Other group activities and events are ongoing almost every week, including layout work sessions, field trips, layout operating sessions, and clinics. Quarterly membership dues are very reasonable, and go towards supporting our group activities. Members are welcome to participate as much or as little as they want with many different ways to enjoy the hobby!
